1. Agreement

By downloading or using Heart Tracker Launcher, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What the App Provides

The App offers general wellness tools for heart-rate checks and personal health notes. Features may change as the App is updated or adapted for different devices and regions.

3. Health Notice

Heart Tracker Launcher is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, monitoring, or treatment. Measurements can be affected by device capability and the way a reading is taken. Do not use the App for emergencies or to make a medical decision. Contact a qualified healthcare professional with health concerns and local emergency services when urgent help is needed.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the App for lawful, personal purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse store or advertising systems, reverse engineer the App where prohibited by law, or use it in a way that harms others.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may connect to the Galaxy Store and other third-party services. Their separate terms and policies apply to those services, and their availability is outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, website, branding, interface, and related content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the App; they do not transfer ownership.

7. Availability and Updates

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise that every feature will always be available on every device or in every country.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

The App is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of readings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the App. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the App or applicable requirements. The date above identifies the current version. Continuing to use the App after an update means the revised terms apply.
